It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Skarupa of Bulger, Pennsylvania, born in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 4, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Micele and Catherine Micele (Lucci); her siblings, Patsy Mitchell, Dominick Mitchell, Joseph Mitchell, Charles Micle, Frank Micelo, Mary Alvarez, Clara Orgovan, Jeanette "Jay" Dvorsak and Angelina Tornabene; and her granddaughter Chelsea Scruppi.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Skarupa Jr. of Butler, Julie Kowalski (Blase) of Bulger, Pam Scruppi (Ray) of Bulger, Barb Skarupa, John Skarupa of Bulger and Trish Sweat (Mike) of Weirton; her grandchildren, Ali Maxwell (Justin), Tess Kowalski, Kurt Kowalski (Abby Manni), Samantha Williams (Todd Haynes), Nick Scruppi (Payton Bratton) and Luke Sweat; her great grandchild Laurel Maxwell; and her brother Louis Mitchell (Carole).
