He was predeceased by : his parents, Jack Aivalotis and Dorothy Aivalotis. He is survived by : his wife Denyse D. Blanchard; his sons, Dr. Donald L. Aivalotis, II (Heather) of Coraopolis and Michael A. Aivalotis (Jayleen) of Bulger; his brother Daryl Aivalotis of Stuart, FL; and his seven grandchildren, Alexander, Graham, Emily, Leeam, Jaice, Ely and Henley.
