She was predeceased by: her parent Walter Kriznik. She is survived by: her parent Betty J. Kriznik of Slovan; her sons, Jeremy Charlier (Jessica Hall) of Joffre and Joshua M. Charlier of Bulger; her grandson Carter Robert Charlier; her sister Michele Meneely (Charles) of Burgettstown; her siblings-in-law, Cathy Kriznik of Washington and James Trimarki of Burgettstown; her nieces and nephews, Brandon Kriznik, Courtney Caldwell, Kyle Trimarki, Jena Trimarki and Erik Haspel; and her siblings, Walter L. Kriznik and Debra Ann Trimarki.

Because of the exceptional and compassionate care given to Diana by Dr. Patrick Kane and the staff of UPMC Cancer Center Medical Oncology in Washington, memorial donations may be made in her memory to her family, to be donated to other patients and their families while undergoing treatment and recovery.
