We are sad to announce that on March 20, 2024, at the age of 68, Sheldon K. Benton of Buffalo Mills, Pennsylvania, born in Roaring Spring, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sheldon Leroy and Mary Catherine Benton. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Benton (Burkett); his sons, Timothy Benton of Breezewood and Sheldon Adam Benton (Christi) of Pittsburgh; his stepsons, Jeffrey Sturtz (Trisha) of Cumberland and Jeremy Sturtz (Susan) of Hyndman; his grandson Tyrin Benton; his stepgrandchildren, Garrett, Baylee, Paige and Landon Sturtz; his siblings, Trudy MacIntrye (Dan) of Alum Bank and Bryan Benton (Lori) of Claysburg; and his stepmother Twila Benton of Martinsburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
