He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund G. Manges and Lottie E. Manges (Shroyer); his siblings, Edmund G. Manges and Louisa Kay Mueller; his nephew James Farley Kelly; and his parents-in-law, Clarence "Whitey" and Katheleen DePew (Fleegle).
He is survived by: his wife Sharon K. Manges (DePew); his sisters-in-law, Karen Brake and Mary "Sis" Shaffer; and his nieces and nephews, Gregg Manges, Kathie Hanen, Stacey Lepley, Bree McCahan, William Perdew, Sara McKenzie, Susan Perdew, Timothy Perdew, Shania Messelman, Jon Hutzell, Marc Hutzell and Robin Keel.
