Shaffer of Buffalo Mills, Pennsylvania, born in Manns Choice, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 19, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thaddeus Shaffer and Alice Shaffer. He is survived by: his wife Carol Shaffer (Shaffer); his brother Lee Shaffer of Enola, PA; and his nephew Kirk Shaffer of Middletown.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Larry to Helixville UM Church or Buffalo Mills United Methodist Church.
