He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob W. Baker and Mabel C. Baker (Shaffer); and his wife Esther A. Baker (Clapper). He is survived by: his children, Judy A. Clapper (Mark) of Buffalo Mills, John S. Baker (Gina) of Altoona and Suzanne E. Myers (Glenn) of Port Matilda; his grandchildren, Justin, Jordan, Jarrod Clapper, Mathew, David Baker, Cathy Spencer and Brooke Myers; his sister Peggy M. Luman (Joe) of Alexandria, VA; and his nieces and nephews, Cathy Daniel, Dianna Foote, Christina Luman, Jennifer Biondi, Brian and Kevin Clapper. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
