He was predeceased by: his daughter Arlyce Delayne; and his siblings, Alfred Voth, Marna Abrahams, Norma Martinez and Lila Harris.

He is survived by: his wife Rose Voth (H. B. Schmidt) of Martinsburg; his children, Jonathan Voth (Alice Unruh) of Kansas and NaDa (Dale Shoemaker) of Buffalo Mills; his grandchildren, Vanessa Keeler (Justin) of Wichita, Kansas, Steven Voth (Krystal) of Wichita, Kansas, Angela Ripple (Tanner) of Bedford and Cary Shoemaker of Indiana, PA; and his great grandchild Elsly Ripple.
