She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter "Pete" Bunner and Irene Burkett Bunner (Emerick); her stepfather Andrew Bunner; and her siblings, Gerald Burkett, Joyce Humberston and Betty Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Scaife (Diane), Roger Scaife (Tammy) and Deborah Shaffer (Harry); and her siblings, Roger Burkett (Diana) of Beggs, OK, Gary Burkett (Sabrina) of Beggs, OK and Edna Lee Dom (John) of Mount Savage. She is also survived by six grandchildren, six great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
