He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Jr. Bush and Gertrude "Trudy" Bush (Benjamin); and his son Jason C. Bush. He is survived by: his wife Sandra K. Bush (Shroyer); his son Ryan S. Bush of Ridgley, WV; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Addison, Jackson, Carter, Mallorie, Brooklyn and Sydney Bush; his daughter-in-law Jessica Bush; and his sisters, Jeannette DuVall (Donald) of LaVale and Adele Mays (Ross) of Buffalo Mills. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
