He is survived by: his children, Ellen Bailey (Ray Moore) of Buena Vista, Lisa J. Radaker (Jay) of Monongahela, Roy Bailey of Somerset, Matthew Bailey (Will Goodwin) of Pittsburgh, Heather Bailey of Buena Vista and Levi Bailey of Buena Vista; his grandchildren, Rael Kibe, Devin Bailey, Hunter Moore, Nora Yosko, Logan Radaker and Dillon Yosko; and his great grandchildren, Connor Kibe and Louisa Kibe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
