She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Baldridge and Mary Baldridge (Martinik); her spouse Thomas Leone; and her children, Tommy Leone and Gina Marie Hines.
She is survived by: her children, Philip Leone (Cindy) of Edgewood, Nina Ann Miller (Kenny) of Sutersville and Michelle Leone of Versailles; her grandchildren, Lauren, Adam (Deborah), Allie, Jared, Jonathan, Michael, Milana, Joel and Jeremy (Kelly); and her great grandchildren, Aiden, Hannah and Hailey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
