He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. Gaffney and Bernardine Gaffney. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Gaffney; his children, Kyle Gaffney, Robin Gaffney Iannone (Vincent) and Lauren Gaffney; his grandchildren, Carter and Ella; and his sister Deane DeStefano (Bob).

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Bill's services will be held sometime next year.
