We are sad to announce that on December 3, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Joseph H. Rugarber (Buckingham, Pennsylvania), born in Trenton, New Jersey. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry J. Rugarber and Margaret A. Rugarber. He is survived by: his siblings, Raymond R. Rugarber (Ellen) of Warwick and Patricia A. Fuschetto of Howell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
When he retired to Monmouth County, NJ, he served on the Alzheimer's Support Committee and, every Monday, especially enjoyed calling bingo for the Howell Township Senior Center.
