She was predeceased by: her husband Vincent S. Kulakowski; and her son William. She is survived by: her daughter Christine Weimar; her granddaughters, Shauna Knoedler and Nicole Weimar; and her great grandchildren, Xavier, Hazel and Quinn Knoedler.
