He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth MacMillan (Smith) and Douglas C. MacMillan. He is survived by: his daughter Kate; his grandson Andrew; his parents-in-law, John and Dorothy Robillard (Dee); his siblings-in-law, Charlotte Bottis (Robillard), Jack Robillard and Frank Bottis; his wife Jana MacMillan (Robillard); his children, Dr. Kathryn Lizcano MacMillan (Raphael Lizcano) and Andrew MacMillan; his grandsons, Gabriel, Daniel and Samuel; his brother John (Roberta); his nieces, Valerie and Joan; and his sister-in-law Pamela Crawford Robillard.
