It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Loretta McAloose of Buck Run, Pennsylvania, born in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 6, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Loretta (Tobin) and Joseph E. Lipsett, Sr.; her husband John D. McAloose; her siblings, Katherine Williams, Julia Campion, Mary Barr, Helen McAloose, Anna Marshall, Lucy Pogirski, Geraldine Brennan, Joseph E. Lipsett Jr., Richard Lipsett, James Lipsett and John Lipsett; and her nephew Joseph Lipsett III.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol (Eugene Maley) of Buck Run and Maureen (James Krasnitsky); and her great grandchildren, Jesse Krasnitsky (Mariah), Sandra Woodford (Cliff), Matthew Maley, Amy Walker, Mark Maley and Eugene Maley II.
A Mass of Christian Burial in accordance with COVID 19 guidelines will be celebrated 11:00 am Friday, June 12th at Saint Michael the Archangel in Minersville, with Reverend Jason Stokes officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Michael the Archangel Parish, Minersville, Pa or St. Jude Children's Hospital, P.O. Box 50, Memphis, TN 38101 Mahal-Ritzel Funeral Home Inc., Minersville entrusted with the arrangements.
