She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Johnson and Alberta Johnson; her husband John "Mooney" Michelcavage; and her siblings, Mabel Weikel and Robert Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Michelcavage, Penny (Todd Wertz) and John Michelcavage Jr. (Lisa); her sisters, Jean Wetzel and Dawn Burns (Hank Walton); and her grandchildren, Kaitlin Firth (Andrew) of Kutztown, Cameron Wertz of Kutztown, Brodie Wertz of Kutztown and Gabbie Wertz.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to the Lavelle Church of the Nazarene.
