Dower, Jr. (Irene), Russell Dissinger, Amanda Lucas (Jarrett) and Samantha Dower; her great grandchildren, Heaven, Blaze, Kaylee, Gage, Mikey, Russ, Jr. and Raina; and her siblings, Marie "Bessie" Keefer and James R. Ney. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
