He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis J. Gallagher and Anne McGlinchey Gallagher. He is survived by: his wife Mary Gallagher; his children, Sheila G. O'Brien (Robert), William J., Jr. (Lisa) and Maryann A. Gallagher; and his grandchildren, Brittany, Brandin, Debora and William, III. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
