He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas D. Quirk and Theresa Quirk; his wife Denise A. Quirk; and his brother Thomas Quirk. He is survived by: his children, William A. Quirk, Jr. and Christine A. Williams (Philip); his granddaughters, Sofia and Gabriella; and his close friend Patricia Macksey.
