It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard W. Barlow (Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 6, 2019, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Barlow; and his daughter Patricia A. Barlow. He is survived by: his sons, James T. Barlow and Col. Brian A. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
