With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrick Michael Clugston of Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 1, 2022 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Margo; his daughter Madeline; his sons-in-law, Brett, Declan and Peighton; his stepchildren, Georgia and Spencer; his siblings, Dianne, Wayne and Laurie; his aunt Carlene; and his brother Bryan Clugston.
Instead of flowers and cards, the family respectfully requests donations be made in Patrick's name to The Youth Suicide Prevention, Intervention and Research Center (Y-SPIRC) at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
