He was predeceased by: his parents, Luis A. Mestre and Carmen Mestre; his wife Ana V. Mestre; and his son Luis A. Mestre. He is survived by: his children, Ana Victoria Mestre, Corina Mestre Sylvia (John) and Oscar Mestre (Margo); and his sisters, Vera Mestre and Elena Mestre. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
