She was predeceased by: her mother Scotland; her husband Frederick K. Crookshank, Jr.; her son Rick; and her brothers, Andrew and Stephen Knowlton.
She is survived by: her children, Frederick Stephen (Betsy), Robert Jeffrey (Esther), Elyse and Holly (Terry Gerard II). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
