She was predeceased by: her brother James. She is survived by: her husband Thomas J. McParland; her children, Thomas Jr. (Jeanne), Robert J. (Jennifer), Patricia Cabral (John) and Susan O'Reilly; and her siblings, Vincent Short, Michael Short and Dorothy Lange. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren.

Contributions in Marge's memory may be made to Women's Auxiliary of St. Edmond's Home for Children.
