He was predeceased by: his parents, John Clinton and Anita Sullivan; his daughter Lea; and his brother John. He is survived by: his children, Kara and Luke; his grandchildren, Arianna, Calvin and Fiona; and his wife Anna.

In lieu of flowers, an offering to the Lea F. Sullivan Anti-Violence Scholarship Fund for Women Medical Students at Thomas Jefferson University would be be appreciated.
