It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph C. Philbin of Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 15, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, Margaret "Peggy" Kilgallen (late James P. Jr.), Mary Corr (late Frank) and Michael F. Philbin; his nieces and nephews, James M. Kilgallen (Peggy), Kevin Kilgallen (Joanne), Maureen Keeney (Mike) and Teresa McPherson; and his parents, Michael Philbin and Bridget Philbin.
