It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jo Ann Shotwell of Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, born in Delaware, Ohio, who passed away on April 12, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Shotwell; her children, John Shotwell and Barbara Shotwell, MD; her children-in-law, Janet Shotwell and Richard Buonocore, MD; her grandchildren, Christopher Shotwell, Justin Shotwell, Brynn Buonocore, Cal Buonocore and Cameron Buonocore; and her great grandchild Saysha Blakely Shotwell.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church (625 Montgomery Ave, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Jo Ann's honor to the Ohio University Foundation, reflecting her lifelong passion for education.
