She is survived by: her husband William Cusick; her children, Jenny Staley (Brian), Kevin (Mary Rose) and Christine Toto (JP); and her grandchildren, Caroline, Bridget Staley, Cavan, Claire, Cillian Cusick, Emmy and Cassidy Toto.
