She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael C. Imperial and Angela Bono; and her siblings, Charles, Stephen, Rose and Diane.

She is survived by: her husband Sam; and her children, Bette (Michael), Renee (Preston) and Sam (Kelly). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren.

Bette founded The Sisterhood Ovarian Cancer Foundation in honor of her sisters and gave support to many women.
