She was predeceased by: her sister-in-law Mary Gaffney; and her cousin Linda Ranieri. She is survived by: her daughter Heather M. Higgins; her brother-in-law Thomas; her cousins, Ellen Whitaker and Donna L. Zeitter; and her pets, Bailey, Mikey and Murphy.

In lieu of flowers contributions in Dottie's memory may be made to The Providence Animal Shelter 555 Sandy Bank Rd., Media, PA 19063.
