He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Anita (Lynne Foss), Dana M. and David Jr. (Kristen); his grandchildren, Elliott Nguyen, Olivia Nguyen, Abigail, Avery and Reid McMullin; and his brother Hunter B. McMullin (Pam).
