She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy I. Murphy and Henry C. Welsh, Jr. of Merion, Pennsylvania.; and her brothers, Henry C. Welsh, III and Richard T. Welsh. She is survived by: her husband Lewis G. Creskoff; her children, Daniel F. Creskoff (Becky) and Katharine C. Garvey (Matthew); her grandchildren, Thomas, Joya Creskoff, Luke, Isabel and Colin Garvey; and her sister Nancy Fredericks Joyce.
