He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gertrude Lohmann and Charles Lohmann; and his brother Pete.
A few of the items he designed and built were wooden pumpkins for Halloween, giant nutcrackers for Christmas, and a wooden food donation box to place in the church's front yard.
