Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Katelyn Blaszczyk (Bryn Athyn, Pennsylvania), who passed away at the age of 25, on July 24, 2018. She is survived by: her parents, Gary J. and Donna M. Blaszczyk; and her siblings, Courtney Leonard (Kevin) and Gary J. Blaszczyk (Erin). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
