He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Douglas and Vera Douglas (Altemus); his wife Louise Douglas; and his brother Raymond "Max" Douglas. He is survived by: his children, Debbie A. James (Jimmy) of Brush Valley and Charles E. Douglas Jr. (Connie) of Ligonier; his sister Janet Fordyce Andersen of Arizona; and his grandchildren, Amy Steinhoff (William), Tiffany McKlveen (Scott), Victoria Krouse (Lucas), Joshua James (Kelli), Whitney Mullen (Bob), Samantha Pisarcik and Jillian Chilenski (Adam). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
