He is survived by: his daughter Alisa C. Buzzard of Chicora, PA.; his grandson Austin Gauge Buzzard of Chicora; his brother Michael J. (Darla Smith); and his brothers-in-law, Rod Sheakley of Petrolia and John Emery of Bruin, PA..
