He was predeceased by: his parents, Culberson John "Cub" and Valjean Ruth Gray Cogley; and his brother Gary Ray. He is survived by: his wife Rosella Caecilia Jezewski Cogley; his sons, Larry L. "Babas" Cogley Jr. (Paul Ruszcynski) of Provincetown, Mass. and Christopher A. "Chris" Cogley (Courtney) of Fredonia; his grandsons, Ethan Gabriel and Joshua Andrew Cogley; and his sisters, Linda L. Milliren (Robert L. "Bob") of Bruin, Sally S. Henry (Patrick "Rick") of Keller, TX and Sheri L. Smith (Kevin P.) of Bruin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and friends.
