Tichnor Jr. of Brownsville, Pennsylvania, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on November 8, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Tichnor, Sr. and Beatrice Schumaker; and his sister Cheryl L. Tichnor. He is survived by: his brothers, John W. Tichnor (Cheryl) of Easley, SC and Paul D. Tichnor (Diane) of Point Marion, PA; his stepsister Jackie Semdia of Dayton, OH; and his nieces and nephews, Paige, Kati, Brittany, Josiah, Timmy and Kim.
