It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randy J. Welsh of Brownsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 24, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Welsh and Vivian M. Franks Welsh; his wife Anita M. Welsh; and his brother William N. Welsh. He is survived by: his sons, Jacob Welsh (Chelsey) of Brownsville, PA and Joshua Welsh of Centerville, PA; and his siblings, Debbie Dixon of Centerville, PA, Dennis Welsh (Rita) of Fredericktown, PA and Kevin Welsh of Nashville, TN. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
