He is survived by: his parents, Howard Milton and Cheryl Ann Carr (Dillinger); his children, Jayden Michael, Marshall Eugene, Lillyann Nicole and Shane Howard; the mother of his children Mindy Carr; his grandmother Jennie May Dillinger; his sisters, Roxanne Martin (Wayne) and Brenda Dugan; his nephew Kristien Martin (Gavin Dugan); and his close friend Johnny Harden.
