He was predeceased by: his parents, Oleta Holt (Linderman) and Harry Holt; his wife Frances "Cookie" Holt; and his stepmother Patricia Holt. He is survived by: his children, Jack E. Holt, Jr. (Jessica) and Amanda Martin (Barry); his grandsons, Dalton Holt and Gage Rogers; his pet Oreo; his siblings, Harry Holt, Jr., Danny Williams, Joan Morris, Paula Fike and Patty Lyttle; and his nephew Patrick Burnsworth.
