He is survived by: his wife Beryl; his children, Herman Brian Jackson of Forest County, PA, Brittny Janiecee Jackson of Pittsburgh, PA and Isaiah Thomas Jackson (Tiffany) of Monroeville, PA; his stepdaughter Chandra Mayo of Columbus, OH; his sisters, Elizabeth Jackson of Hubbard, OH, Edith Jackson of Mineral Ridge, OH and Carla Jackson of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Michalah, Izabella, Chandler, Jeremiah, Olivia, Yana, Tyjzae and Heaven; his great grandchild Mylah; and his godson Xavier Daniels. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
