He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Simyak and June Franks Simyak. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis A. Muchisko Simyak; his daughters, Joyce Simyak and Jayme Simyak (Richard Walters); his grandchildren, Adam Walters (Amanda) and Abigail Walters (Brody Bagwell); his great grandchild Cohen James Bagwell; and his siblings, Darcy Simyak (Debbie), Sally Simyak Vadella (Tony), Lori Cusick Finney (Kevin) and Bill Cusick (Trish).
Visitation was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Skirpan Funeral Home (135 Park St, Brownsville, PA 15417).
