She is survived by: her husband John "Lefty" Radvansky, Jr.; her siblings, David Ryan and Eleanor Ryan Basile; her mother-in-law Margaret Hudachek Radvansky (John Radvansky, Sr.); her sons, John (Eileen) and David (Brenda); her grandchildren, Megan Hall (Sonny), Rebekah Radvansky and David Radvansky, Jr.; her nieces, Christine Rankin and Mary Thompson; and her nephew Sam Basile, Jr..
