She was predeceased by: her parents, John Polak and Frances Polak (Garec); her husband Arthur; her stepdaughter Linda Duca-Means; her siblings, John, Charlie, Jim and Frances; her siblings-in-law, Josephine, Dolly and Jim Piscitella; her niece Kathryn Polak; her nephews, John Polak and Jimmy Piscitella; her pets, Sadie Doo and Niltra; and her best buddy Dolores Kadas.
She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Tedrow-Means (Phil); her brother Robert; her sisters-in-law, Marlene Polak, Suzanne Maydahl and Kathy Piscitella; her grandsons, Frankie and Bradley Duca (Tonya); her great grandchildren, Tanner and Wyatt; her stepchildren, Tim, Joe, Cindy and Tracy; and her nieces and nephews, Janet, Patty, Gloria, Karen, Wright, Wayne, Robert, Rebecca, Annie, Daniel, Maddie and Lisa.
