She is survived by: her husband John E. Balog, Jr.; her mother-in-law Patricia Balog (Saintz); and her siblings-in-law, James, Joseph, Jeffrey, Jerry Balog, Jean (William Livingston, Jr.) and Joan Shetler. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
