It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emil J. Farkas Jr. of Brownstown, Pennsylvania, born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 9, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil J. Farkas and Ruth P. Farkas (Cooper); his wife Helen M. Droz; his daughter Carol Fatula; and his siblings, Patricia, Jimmy and Pearl.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Farkas and Karen Vigna (Len); his son-in-law David Fatula; and his grandchildren, Mandy, Lenny, Michael, Paul and Emily. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
