She was predeceased by: her husband Guy E. "Jiggs" Spade Sr.; and her parents, Alsey Mearl Winters and Mae Elizabeth Hersh. She is survived by: her children, Guy E. Jr. (Sharen Steffy Spade) of Lancaster, Robert A. (Valerie Allen Spade) of Brownstown, Joyce E. (Paul M. Sensenig Jr.) of Ronks and Richard L. Spade of Intercourse; and her grandchildren, Lisa, Stephanie, P. Michael, Shaun, Nichole L., Tara, Kimberly, Kelly, Dylan, Ben, Ariel, Melanie, Nichole, Jennifer, Jack and Justin. She is also survived by 31 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.
